We arrived early Saturday morning and the front desk check-in was very efficient and friendly. While the kitchen was not updated, the room was sufficient. The bedspread had some holes in it but was clean. Some areas needed dusting but overall, I was satisfied and will return.

This property is under new ownership and a lot of changes are being made. The furniture is slowly being replaced, the staff is new and the house keeping staff is being reworked. For the price you might want to give this place another shot.

Sofa bed could hardly be called that -- run-down sofa, dirty and stained -- thin mattress bad over a frame that is wobbly and scratchy. Floors stained. Chairs with cigarette burn holes. Carpet badly stained. Lock broken off the door. Even the Coke machine down the hall didn't work! The low price for a suite room doesn't make this a bargain.

My gf and I were returning from a business trip to Nashville and had checked out of our other hotel and thought we would rent a cheap room by the airport because our flight was leaving the next morning. What a mistake to choose the Ramada. The room was disgusting. It smelled, the TV was antique, and the overall room was dirty. My gf said there was no way she was staying there and I agreed. The smell was making be want to gag. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had booked through the travel website and foolishly did not put much stock in the reviews. We decided it was well worth losing out on the ~$60 to find a more hospitable room.

I will never stay at this hotel again. I got it through travel website, so I thought it would be good. First when we got there our reservation wasn't there. Travel had to refax our reservation. Second the room was dirty. The carpet seemed filthy. I called the front desk for someone to change the linen, no one ever came. The next morning, my son's pillow had little blood spots, again, bed bugs? I would have moved, but didn't know if I could get another hotel since it was already paid through the travel website. Now I'm afraid to try the travel agency anymore. Do not stay here. It stinks.
