The hotel was clean, beautifully decorated. Had a cable tv problem which after we called was fixed right away! Close to subway and bus stops. Walked to Central Park. Had kitchenette so walked to neighborhood store alot! Also, close by was a news stand and wonderful diner with great service! Used the Internet service to print our boarding passes for our flight the next day. Service from housekeeping to the front desk was wonderful. I have recommened this hotel already and will definitly stay again. In fact we are going to make this a yearly visit!

The hotel is clean comfortable quiet, well located with staff tha really help out in every way possible.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Located in the Upper West Side, it is close to the subway and Central Park, several good area restaurants and shopping. The staff is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any request. This hotel is definitely worth another stay!Truly enjoyable!
