A small clean safe hotel in the perfect location!!! The room is small (a foot or two of space around the bed), but it is NYC, what do you expect? Great value for the money! Would stay again in a second.

Exactly what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable, very friendly hotel in the heart of the theater district. Very good price. Small rooms were great.

A small, budget hotel with a fantastic location and very attentive staff. Been to NYC many times but this hotel met all of our needs. Staff were helpful and courteous.

The hotel was in a fantastic location! We were right in the middle of the theatre district and a block from Time Square. The rooms are very small, but with so much to do in New York who wants to stay in the room? The bathroom was a nice size and everything was very clean. We were never bothered by noise and always felt safe, even walking late at night. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers on a budget. If you're looking for luxury, this is not the place for you. If you want an inexpensive, safe, clean hotel with a great location, the Mayfair is the right choice.

Typical small NYC hotel room. Awesome location, couldn't pick a better spot. Rooms clean, SUPER comfy bed. Great value....reminder to those new travelers to NYC..BOUTIQUE means small, not necessarily luxury...this is a great place and well worth the money as compared to what else is in the neighborhood.
