OUR TV CAUGHT ON FIRE!!!

Well, from the reviews and pictures we thought this place would be great. HOWEVER, the first room we were given had no light fixture in the wall. It literally had wires hanging out of the wall where the fixture should have been. Also, the bathroom light was making a horrible buzzing noise and flickering constantly like a strobe light. AND the water in the tub was running and would not shut off. So we asked for another room. The second room seemed fine overall. But in the morning while we were in the shower the TV caught on fire! If we hadn't smelled smoke and got out to check all of our things (which were sitting on the table next to the TV) would've been burned...clothes, purse, wallet, cell phones, shoes...we could've lost everything. Anyway, when we told the front desk they offered to discount our room. I told her that wasn't acceptable and we needed a full refund. After about 1/2 hour they finally coughed up the money. (we paid cash) We definitely will NOT be staying at ANY Comfort Inn in the future. We're used to places like the *** and decided to go cheap this time...you certainly get what you pay for!

We stayed here during CMA Fest '07. For the price this was a very nice hotel. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel this isn't your place. But if you are looking for a hotel that fits your budget this is your place. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we asked for directions to the Blue Bird Cafe and they were quick to print them out and help out. The location was decent, it was a short drive to downtown from the interstate. We had a very clean room and nice bathroom. We would stay again.

Coffee pot was missing pieces, bugs in our room, We had to ask for paper products for our room.

Front desk

The front desk help was great! We had problems with the size of our room and Pat went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Since we were traveling with elder parents she up graded their room so they would get a good nights sleep.
