This hotel is in the perfect location for those going to a concert at the HP Pavillion. The dinner that was served was an added bonus, as was the kitchenette. There is one drawback on the location, it is situated on a busy road, so you get traffic noise if you are on that side of the hotel. But overall, we loved our two-night stay and would definately stay again if the opportunity presented itself. Not a great place for families as there is no pool.
Lack of Courtesy and Basic Amenities

We had only 1 hand towel and no wash clothes. It took 3 phone calls, over two hours, and a talk with the manager before we were given wash clothes. They could have cared less that we were inconvenienced.
Nice visit overall

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The young woman working the dining room even pulled out a vegetarian lasagna for me the night that lasagna was featured; I didn't even have to ask. Rooms were very clean and comfortable; mini-kitchen with microwave and refrigerator was a big plus. One flaw -- non-smoking rooms are across the hall from rooms where smoking is allowed. The corridor filled with the smell of cigarette smoke, which seeped into my "non-smoking" room. If this were to become a non-smoking hotel, it would be perfect.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A

The rooms were clean. They included a small refrigerator, stove, and microwave. I booked two rooms because my husband and I took our daughter and five grandkids on vacation. This worked out really good because we were able to save money because the rooms included dinner and breakfast. ( Most hotels, at most, only include a continental breakfast)
LOVED IT!

We loved this hotel. The breakfast was great w/lots of food and there was a light dinner; all includedin the price. There wasn't a pool, but the jacuzzi tub was great. My 3 & 5 year old boys were in there with their dad and had a blast w/the bubble bath. Very quiet, beds were extremely soft. I loved it. Wireless internet access allowed me to use my laptop.
