Our family decided to visit Rapid City for Sep month Long weekend. At the last minute I got a deal for this hotel that was the first time I ever heard about this hotel and decided to take a chance. When We reach there, we were given a room which was having strong odor, may be some of the chemical used to clean the room were not good. I reported this problem to the front desk and they allocated another room for us. This hotel having only two floors, so there is no need of elevators.
1. The room is small good for one family. There is a bed sheet in wearied color , the room carpet color is dark, may not give pleasant feeling.
2. The carpet is not good but okay.
3. We have nice Microwave and a small refrigerator, those are really helpful.
4. Bath room is good and nice.
5. Very easy to reach Mount Rushmore and other attractions. This hotel is on Road 16 which goes directly to Mount Rushmore.
6. the most interesting part is the breakfast. There are lots of food items in the breakfast, includes eggs, bread, donuts, cakes, cereals, coffee, fruit juices, wow.. You can skip your lunch if you have the good free breakfast at the hotel.
7. Nice staff, they are willing to help. They respond properly.
Suggestions to the hotel:
1. Please change the color of the bed sheets.
2. Do not use strong chemicals to clean the rooms
3. Have some room fresheners available inside the room, whoever wants they can use.

I enjoyed by stay there. The desk people were friendly & helpful. I asked the maids a question about when our towels would be replaced, as I made our own beds, and was baraged by nastiness from one of the maids. Another one was ready to chip right in. I probably would look for other accomodations on my next trip there in 6-8 wks
