The room was spacious and very comfortable, and all of the staff was polite and professional. The only small drawback was some audible traffic noise, but the hotel is right on one of Houston's major freeways. I really enjoyed my brief stay here and would come back to this hotel for a longer stay in this area.

Loved this hotel! The suite arrangement was great for sharing with my friend, giving us both separate "space" and privacy when we needed it. Fridge had room for our sodas & snacks, Pepsi machine down the hall, free wi-fi, and upscale linens. Maid service was meticulous - even making fancy folds in the towels to just make it look "special". The only thing we paid extra for was the $12.99 daily self-park fee. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the heavy duvet-style cover on the bed - too heavy & warm, and we had to crank the air conditioning on so we could sleep (and it was 40 degrees outside!). Traffic on the West Loop can be very bad, which is a disadvantage, but all in all, this was a great deal, and we really enjoyed our stay. Bonus - I left my power adapter for the laptop plugged into the wall, and when I called two days later I figured it would be gone for good, but to my surprise they found it and sent it to me.

We were very impressed with the elgance of the Hotel. Staff was genuine and kind. The room was quiet, spacious and clean. What a great place to relax after a long family wedding. We had a great view of the city too! We would definitely stay at the Sheraton again!

We got a great deal for this place and were pleasantly surprised to find that all rooms were suites - plenty of room for spreading out with just 2 people! The room was very clean, but also very dark. Beds were very comfortable. Parking is for a fee in a garage with an elevator. The location of the hotel itself is great - within walking distance of the mall and many restaurants in the area. The staff is quite helpful and directed us to a delicious seafood restaurant nearby. Overall a fantastic experience and I would absolutely stay here again!

I book this hotel from Hotwire.com for $67/night (including tax). I don't know how much is the regular price for this hotel.
Location: This hotel is located one block away from Galleria Mall. So, you can don't have to pay for parking at Galleria if you just want to window shopping. You have easy access to 59 and 610 from the hotel.
Parking: Unfortunately, I have to pay $10/night extra for parking (plus tax). They provide valet parking but you know it will cost you more. The parking building has three level and the top most level has no cover.
Lobby: The hotel lobby is very nicely decorated. This is certainly not the biggest lobby I have seen in a hotel, but they still provide at least two waiting area in the lobby. Help desk has a special line for the VIP member. You can find an outdoor swimming pool and an Omaha Steakhouse in the hotel's lobby.
My floor: As I walked out from the elevator on my floor, I see a courtesy phone which you can use to call people in the hotel. There is a special room where they hide the ice vending machine and soda vending machine. They charge $1.50 for a bottle of soda.
My room: Since this is a suite, the room is divided into 3 different sections: bedroom, living room, and bathroom. In the living room, you can expect a comfortable loveseat, a chair, a coffee table, a TV set, a desk for you who needs to work, and a refrigerator. I believe each room come with free high speed wireless Internet connection. Since I didn't use the Internet, I can't comment on the signal strength or connection quality.
Since I booked a two beds suites, I got two very comfortable queen size beds with multiple pillows. They also provide another TV set in the bedroom. If you need extra privacy in the bedroom, you can close the sliding doors between the living room and the bedroom.
The bathroom has bathtub and toilet bowl, no vent. The sink is separate from the bath, so this is good for two adults who needs to share that bath area.
