This hotel needs a lot of repairs one of the beds was broke and the other bed had a huge dip in it.The bath tub would not drain, the bathroom sink would not drain, one of the pools was broke the other one was not heated and the hot tub was broke

Hotel is rated best for location and security. I have stayed here many times but don't expect much from the rooms. They need to be updated in furniture,carpet, and overall appearance. One of the pools was closed and the hotub was out of order. The front desk was excellent and very friendly. Location is everything for this site.

We stayed here back in July of 2007 with our two small children. The room were nasty and very unclean! The carpet had stains in it. I was soooo terrified of my kids playing in the floor!! We had booked a room with a King bed because our 3 yr old son still sleeps with us and they gave us a room with two double beds. I complained but did no good!! They didn't even give a rip. The outlets are out-dated. We had a bottle warmer for our 6 month old and couldn't even use it. The beds were sunking in the middle therefore we all went in the middle when we laid down. It was a terrible experience! We only stayed one night and got the heck out of there. I complained to the Manager before we left and did no good, however I did get a callback several weeks later when we got home and they wanted to give us a free weekend stay. I just hung up the phone! NEVER STAY HERE!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!

Would not stay here again. There are too many excellent places to stay in Gatlinburg to have been put in this type of hotel. Worst I've stayed in in years.

Dirty, outdated, would not go back. We were put in the back building. Did not feel safe or clean.
