This hotel was located perfectly with a metro across the street. I looked forward to the breakfast each morning with fresh croissants and rich french coffee and fruit, eating out in their quaint patio. The service was outstanding and very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again

a few corrections: they have no laundromat. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Ask for courtyard room. Great breakfast: croissants, pain au chocolate, hd boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, coffee/tea/choc. one block from metro, patisserie across street

As a single woman traveling alone - the Opera Cadet met all of my needs, It is extremely close (half a block) to the convenient Cadet metro stop, the building itself felt safe and cozy, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was quiet, well lit, and had a squeaky clean, modern, adequately sized bathroom. I didn't partake in the breakfasts, instead I just grabbed an exquisite brioche or croissant from the neighborhoody bakery across the street. Also, the hotel within walking distance of several key destinations, including Sacre Coeur (albeit uphill) and of course the Opera Garnier.
