Unacceptable!

I will never stay at this (or possibly any other) Days Inn again. My room was dirty, the soap was not fresh, the phone and alarm clock didn’t work, and the hotel is outdated. I am fighting for a refund as I checked out early and stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Cromwell. Totally unacceptable and disgusting experience.

overall a very nice hotel for the price per room. We enjoyed the expanded breakfast ie. Waffle maker, yougurt, fresh fruit. The rooms were clean and roomy, weather did not permit use of the pool. The staff was professional and helpful with directions and information on nearby services. will stay again when in the area

The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is super - they offer a great selection. We always have a pleasent stay when we visit, the reason we keep coming back!!

This hotel was very clean and organized, they had the best breakfast I've seen. I would recommend this place to anyone, staying here made our weekend run very smoothly. They also had a waffle iron for breakfast - which I thought was a very nice touch.

This is our second stay at the Hawthorne Hill. Always pleased with our room and the staff. The lobby breakfast is always fresh. Free internet too. Staff helped us with directions to area attractions. A definite must is eating at the Hawthorne Inn Restaurant right next door----best prime rib ever!!! Highly recommend making reservations.
They have entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. Prices for food are high but the food is great......well worth the extra money.
