Trip 2 Schlitterbahn/ New Braunfels & San Antonio wit Fam

Stayed here 2 nights for the waterpark trip. It was about 11 of us...1 condo suite with two bedrooms...the other 2 was reg suites with double beds. The stay was great!!!!! The property was VERY clean and maintained. All of our rooms were very clean and in tip top shape. The room I had was right in front of the pool/ eating area/playground. the pool was nice and clean and big. The people at the front desk was very helpful when ever we needed them. Security was very present on the property and you had to have a tag to get onto the property at night.....that was a bonus for me to see. All in all....everything was great...the only thing that I had a problem with was the room did not have enough towels...but 1 call...and 2 minutes later...we had what we needed. the beds are a little hard(new beds)...they need to be broken in. I will stay here everytime I go to San Antonio...and my family loved it and all said that they will stay here also. Great trip!!!!

Very excited to stay as the pictures looked great, but was disappointed with the condition of the room. The temps outside was around 100, yet the air conditioner could not cool the whole room. There was a loose tile in the bathroom that had been replaced but not grouted, loose flooring under the carpet and the final straw was our toilet overflowed and went all over the carpet in the room and was told by maintenence that they would see if they could get it cleaned! We were in the process of leaving, so not sure if it was cleaned or not, but to me cleaning would be the only choice!
The front desk staff was great! They made it so it wasn't a total disaster!!
Would not stay here!

Travelocity overated this hotel! The hotel is rated 3.0 star hotel but I think it should be 1.5 star hotel. The room looked so old and smell very bad. The bathroom smell like it hasn't been clean for weeks. If you would like to stay in a 3-star hotel, stay some where else.

Not very clean, the rooms were obviously old...definitely needed an update , I would give this 2 stars at best, VERY dissapointed, the best thing about it was the pool and the continental breakfast. The service desk was friendly. I would not recommend this hotel.
Family Trip to Sea World

Hotel was clean and reasonable. One thing dont use the address for the hotel in your GPS system type in the name of the hotel. As the hotel explained for some reason the GPS systms divert you to 20 miles away if you type the address in.(I know I found the hard way.) Staff pleasant.Less than 20 minutes from Seaworld. Breakfast was basic but good. Lots of construction but noise wasnt a real issue anyway. Would stay again.
