Nice clean room. Friendly helpful staff. Pool clean. Dining on premises good, other dining areas within a few blocks of facility. Quiet, Clean, and a really good value. Close to downtown.

"The travel website lists this motel with an expanded breakfast. Not so. Prepackaged bagels, danish, and muffins. Cold cereal and oatmeal. The wafflemaker is gone as are the hardboiled eggs."

i stay here alot, and will continue to, if the room rates stay reasonable. if they go up, theres several others close by newer and cleaner..i was ripped off on ph. charges on my last stay, so be careful

Good Hotel, Clean, Quiet. Room had a Microwave, Fridge, River access trail. Breakfast included. Close to Arco Arena (3Miles). Mexican Restaurant on Property, but that's about it, no other good ones. Heated Pool. 3 HBO's included.

We stayed 2 nights, 2 weeks apart. Second night we had ants all over the room. They wanted to downgrade our room, but with a little complaining came thru for us and gave us an even bigger room. Room size is a definite plus with this hotel. They have king size beds, so for families of 5 it is great. Pool area is nice. Too bad there is no exercise room. Other then the tons of ants it was a good hotel.
