Would not recommend

I was charged a daily fee to have a microwave in my room, which I did not realize until I checked out. I needed assistance with using the fax machine in the business room, the employees at the front desk explained to me that they could not help me because they stated that they did not know how to operate either. I had to leave and go to Kinko's The meeting room lighting was very poor. It made it very difficult to study and test. I stayed from June 14-20.

Dirty Bathrooms

The room was nice, the bed was nice...but the bath tub was really dirty and there was lots of hair on the toliet seat when I arrived, IT WAS DISGUSTING!

Have to be in Beaumont very often on business and have tried many other name hotels. This is the best for the cost. All the services you need. Very nice pool area. Great bar. Starbucks outlet. Great beds in the rooms. Staff are all very accommodating.

Will not stay at again

Went to a high school reunion and decided to get a hotel room so we didn't have to drive under the influence 45 mins back home. When I booked the room I was told that I could call the hotel and have the shuttle pick me up at 2am from a popular local bar. Told at check-in that the shuttle stopped at 11pm and I would have to pay for a taxi. Hotel gave me two wrong numbers for the taxi, wouldn't help me find one to pick us up at 2am and long story short ended up getting picked up at 3am from downtown which is not a nice place to be at night. The room was supposedly "non-smoking", but reaked of smoke and cheap air freshener and comforter had cigarrette burn. Air conditioner had leaked and left the carpet soaked around the patio door. Bathroom had hair in sink and on toilet. Left a message at the front desk for the manager to call me Monday morning to discuss our stay and haven't received a call yet.

The service in the restaurants is terrible and the food is mediocre. Eat elsewhere.
