Dogs are barking at night, pet dander could be a problem for customers with allergies.
Small refrigerator is on the floor instead of a cabinet top,you have to unplugged the fridge to be able to use the microwave oven.Do not pay weekly rates in advanced because if you checked out earlier than planned it takes them a long time to give your refund.
The good, the bad, and the ugly

I stayed at the Safari Inn in mid September and had mixed feelings. The good: I had a nice sized room upstairs at the back of the property and only paid $*per night (a value considering nearly every motel was booked for the weekend). The room was decent enough, but needed some minor repairs. The toilet ran because the stopper leaked, a few bulbs were burnt out, and I had to call housekeeping to bring new ones. The TV worked well, although a bit small. I got plenty of clear cable channels. I also got free wireless reception on my laptop computer. The bad: It isn't walking distance to the downtown area, but the drive isn't far. I think a lot of locals use this motel weekly or monthly.
