Very clean, outstanding free breakfast, hard, uncomfortable beds! A check-in error caused our room to be reissued the second day. The problem was resolved (after a few trips to the front desk), but it could have been bad if the person who had a key to our room wanted to steal anything. Housekeeping never came (also due to the check-in error), so I had to go ask for towels/shampoo. I was disappointed at how they handled their mistake, not offering much of an apology. The train didn't bother me much - the AC was so loud I barely heard it!
