We really enjoyed our stay here. However, the front desk needs lessons in customer service.

Quote: Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Guest House Inn and do plan on coming back. The only complaint is that the front desk could use some lessons in customer service.

Great for a quick stay.

Quote: We stopped here for one night on a cross-country trip and it was more than satisfactory. It was close to the freeway, but still felt safe enough to leave items in the car. It was also close to the Biltmore and some restaurants. The staff was very... Read the full Holiday Inn Express Asheville review

Quote: This hotel was a great choice for 9 am tickets to the Biltmore. Almost across the street from the entrance. Nice clean rooms. Older motel with outside entrances, clean, quiet, and breakfast included. Would stay again.

Quote: This hotel is close to Biltmore and the down town area. There's a restaurant next door. I wouldn't recommend their breakfast at the hotel but other than that our stay was fine.

Quote: The hotel in general was nice. Great location to the Biltmore Estates but the hotel was behind a restaurant that was very busy so it was a little difficult to get to and would be easy to pass if you didn't know where to go. The rooms were nicely... Read the full Holiday Inn Express Asheville review

Quote: We stayed here in June. The hotel was nice, located right next to a steak house. Biltmore Estates was right down the road, and downtown Asheville was right up the hill. The staff was most helpful and pleasant.

Good bargain hotel near Biltmore

Quote: Just down from Biltmore Village, this hotel was inexpensive and very nice for the price. The rooms were a bit small, but the facilities were good. A nice free breakfast and a pretty decent (if little) pool. It is on a busy street, so the noise could... Read the full Holiday Inn Express Asheville review

Quote: After a long drive all day, we arrived at the hotel and was quickly processed through by the front desk clerk. After making sure that we were all taken care of... the clerk also provided us with discounted dinner coupons for the restaurant next... Read the full Holiday Inn Express Asheville review
