This is our third year staying at this hotel and we can't say enough excellent things about it! The staff is friendly and professional, the room was always spotless and the location is exceptional! Truly an excellent value for the money!

I went a year ago and it was ok. One floor was underconstruction along with the street in front. The beach was very good. The room was a good size and at night it was beautiful. Denny's up the street was a good place to eat. The day time was noisy with construction though.

What a great hotel right in the heart of everything! This was our first time to Oahu and Waikiki, so we weren't sure what to expect. The whole area is active and bustling - but when you walk into the hotel - you feel that Hawaiian spirit. The hotel is wonderful and the views were amazing since it's right on the beach. The staff was unbelievable! I felt like I was checking into a 5 star hotel with the way they treated us! Then, throughout the rest of our stay, the front desk people and concierge remembered our names each time we saw them (what a really nice touch!) and spent time talking to our kids and made them feel special. Duke's Restaurant is right on property - along with a couple others - but we loved Duke's so much - we ate lunch there every day! Since the hotel is in the heart of Waikiki, there are great restaurants and shopping walking distance in all directions - so we explored new restaurants ever night. Fun fun fun!

This was a great hotel to stay at for my trip. The hi-speed in the room was free, the room was comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. Duke's offered good food and drinks and the location was right in the heart of Waikiki. The in-room fridge was a great feature and the safe was large enough to accomodate my laptop plus a lot more.
