this hotel is the worst hotel ever that my family has stayed in. My family and several friends stayed at this nasty degrading hotel for two day. sheet were dirty, wires hanging out of light fixtures, noisy, rude security personnel. roaches on floor, hair in bed and sink. this is a place that we will never stay at again.

Don't let the looks of the outside of this hotel throw you off: I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room and discovered cheerful and up-to-date accommodations. And speaking of opening the door to my room, the first key I was given didn't work. I alerted an employee who was working in the room beside mine and he called the front desk to notify them. Within minutes, I had someone else from the staff there to check to make sure the key really didn't work. When he saw that I had the correct room but the wrong key, he let me into the room and then without any prompting from me, he announced that he'd be right back with the correct key...and he was! I also liked the convenient and easy on/off access to Interstate-10!

Hotel wasn't fancy but is ok for a night or two. I was traveling on business and was only in the hotel from 9 pm to 9 am. The room had about 20 cable channels, a desk, coffee pot and two beds, and a working alarm clock. The AC worked really well in hot June weather. The hotel/rooms are old but have a new coat of paint to look fresher. Bed was stiff, pillows nice though. The bathroom has a sink/vanity that's somewhat spacious and a separate small room with toilet and shower. The shower felt dirty, as the bottom was slightly stained and the curtain was dingy. My blowdryer didn't work in the morning, but when I called the front desk they quickly sent a maintenance man who fixed it in a matter of seconds. My room faced the pool, and when I arrived several young men were swimming and made annoying calls/whistles in my direction, so I felt slightly unsafe that night. Room doors open directly to the outside, no hallways. The breakfast in the lobby was slim but waffles were good, no fruit or anything fresh. Overall I'd stay, but only a night because of the proximity to my business meeting.Wouldn't stay long term or more than 2 nights here.

Hotel was great. Great location... I was able to check in early... the room was quiet and clean. I came back to the room late one night and I seen a security guard walking around, so I felt safe as well. I would stay again!

The room could have used a bit of an update (the blankets on the beds were worn and mis-matched, there was no alarm clock), but overall it was clean and comfortable. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. When we checked in, my children wanted to know if the pool was open. The associate at the desk immediately offered to get additional towels for us without my having to ask for them. The pool was clean. The most odd feature of the room was the tree-shaped, coconut-scented car air freshener hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Still, we would not hesitate to stay there again.
