The 1st room was missing the microwave rotating dish, the tub filled up while in the shower, was not able to get on the wireless, no phone, and there was a water roach in the bathroom upon arrival.
Don't stay here for the service

Service was terrible the entire trip. We waited over an hour for the shuttle from the airport. The air conditioner was so loud that we had to go without AC for our entire stay. One of the elevators would not work properly and wouldn't take us to our floor. The hotel location wasn't great. There were some restaurants around, but we needed a cab ride to go anywhere.

The first room had two queen beds intstead of the one kings siaze we rquested. The tile was broken in many palces, and there was mold around the tub, and tile. The carpets were filty, when we remarked to the clerk, they did give us a better room, however they told us they were going to start renovation. there were several things not working like the internet service. We did not get our room cleaned during the reaminder 4 days we stayed there, we had to ask sevral times for towels. The second room bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was under rennovation, which was fine however our tub didn't drain well at all and the toilet paper holder was missing.

Our first room at the Radisson was small and the sleep number bed did not work. I told the hotel manager and she upgraded us to a suite. It was nice, but the television worked occassionally, nor did the phones work properly. This hotel is currently being renovated, so there were fumes and dust everywhere. However, the staff did everything they could to make the stay very enjoyable.
