We are a repeat guests to this hotel for the past year. We have stayed there for the 6th time. Every time we have a guest we invite them over to this beautiful, relaxing, well maintained and great stay for your whole entire family. It is priced just right for the Naples area, close to the beach but not within walking distance. Rooms are clean, comfortable and roomy. We have stayed in the condos as well but I like the suites better, I feel I am in the tropics , the ground and the gardens are very relaxing and well cared for. I love the clean pool and the hot bubbly jaccuzi. The best thing there is their on the pool breakfast and the wide selection, I just feel I am a real guest there when I visit this hotel. I've stayed at this Best Western many times and have no complaints!
The girls at the front desk are friendly, they even allowed me to use the computer behind the front desk to print out boarding passes for my return trip!
The pool area is always clean as is the water. The rooms are cleaned very well, and are very comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel, as the location is a short drive to downtown Naples which is very convenient.

My wife & I have been visiting Naples for approx 12Years & have always been more than happy with the first class service. Will be re-visiting in May 2007
Horrible Front Desk Service

I enjoyed staying at this hotel, with the exception of the service we received from the front desk...one woman in particular. She was extremely rude and unfriendly. However, the rest of the hotel staff was pleasant and our room was very clean. The gardens at the hotel were beautiful and the heated pool was a definite perk of the hotel. It seemed like they needed more seating by the pool area during breakfast.
