I stayed at this hotel for a family reunion. Honestly, it was a nice hotel, but the rooms wasn't what I expected them to be. The bedding was a bit out of date and a little too firm for me. We were told we could use the upstairs seating area for our "meet & greet" night; however, we were told we were too loud the entire time we were up there. It is an open area thats not enclosed, but what do you expect family members, who haven't seen each other in awhile, to do when they greet after years?! Anyhow, both pool areas were nice. The indoor pool had too much cholorine in it and had everybody's eyes burning, but the outdoor pool was nice and heated. They made fresh baked cookies every evening that was really good. The hotel was convenient to everything there on the strip. There's a denny's restaurant next door that you can rent out the back conference room to and they offer buffet for both breakfast and dinner. That was very nice for a banquet. If I had to, I would stay again, but I would check other places first.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Victorian. The staff was very accomodating. Excellent views from the back balcony - we watched a thunderstorm approach for over an hour! Breakfast was plentiful and had good variety.

I'm a firm believer of you get what you pay for. Consequently I'd rate this hotel average at best. The carpet in our room was very stained and worn. Beds all sagged in the middle and general cleanliness was average. Small things mean a lot to me when I travel - I witnessed our 19 year old daughter being totally ignored at the reception desk until I walked up to the desk. They ran out of donuts, etc. every morning we were there. If you offer complimentary breakfast have enough for the number of registered guests you have.

Stayed here during NAIA tournament. Excellent location to and from the College of the Ozarks. Had room overlooking main strip. Staff very friendly. Wouldn't stay there if over 6 ft. tall. Bathroom very, very small. Shower head very low. No restaurant on site, but restaurants all up and down strip. Would highly recommend Montana Mikes. Excellent! Hotel across the street from grocery store, Walmart and Ride the Ducks. Would recommend the ride the ducks tour too.

Wonderful staff, ok for the money. The bathrooms are very tiny, not even enough room for two people. Breakfast nice and tea and cookies was something different and nice. Awesome location. Centralized in the middle of everything.
