all I can really explain is to say wow. the rooms were vety clean and quiet. The staff was so wonderful and my family truely enjoyed the pool/patio area. The breakfast bar was a big hit with the kids and of course us adults love the smell of the fresh coffee brewing.
The limousine service totally gives one more perk for the hotel and wish more hotels would take in the consideration on a limo service. After traveling all day with kids, the last thing I want to do is go search for a nice family resturant and the staff had nice places to go for dinner. I will always stay here with every visit and most diffently tell others to do the same.

The room set up was great. A partition (closet) divided most of the bathroom/vanity area from the sleeping area and when you are sharing the room with two teenage boys...all I can say is "very thankful". The beds were comfortable, fluffy pillows, nice decor and very clean. The swimming pool (water was warm) area had cooshy outdoor furniture (big and soft), was partially covered, and had outdoor heaters. The heaters and covered area was very nice since it is on the coast and can be cold and windy. There was free pool (billiards) which the kids loved. We stayed in 3 hotels over a 5 day period and this was hands down the best!!!
The only downside was the cost ($149) but was actually reasonable for the area and season. Normally we don't spend that much since we aren't in the room that often but was worth it.
This was a very nice hotel for the price.

The only problem we had with this hotel was the parking lot was difficult to maneuver in and not enough parking.

Yuck! Our room was very dirty. You could see the bathroom had not been cleaned well in some time- there was dust and dirt on all the moldings and switch plates and hairs on the counter and in the shower. The carpets were so dirty our kids feet were brown from walking on it barefoot. I cannot believe we paid $*to stay in such a room. Having stayed in a Best Western in Ashland, Or that was very nice, we were shocked by the inconsistantcy. We do not find any comfort in the Best Western name.

pool area was awesome. The kids loved the basketball hoop in pool and my wife and I enjoyed the billiards table and patio area. Check in was easy and friendly
