Great Hotel

We stayed at the compass cove for 2 nights in the Pinnacle Suite. It had 2 full size beds, and 2 fold-out full size beds. The check-in line was very long at 3pm but it moved fairly quickly. I would suggest getting there either a little earlier or a little closer to 4.
Our room was on the 4th floor and the first thing I noticed is that it smelled and looked very clean. We had an efficiency so it had a microwave, full size refrigerator, small stove & coffee maker. If you are a coffee drinker, PLEASE remember to bring coffee filters as they are not provided by the resort- not good for 1st thing in the morning when you want your coffee.
The linen & beds were clean and there were plenty of towels to go around. The bathtub didn't have a non-slip bottom, so be very very careful getting in the shower, otherwise you will be in for some acrobatics.
The heated pools & hot tubs were fabulous. My kids enjoyed the lazy river & the little submarine pool.
One of the highlights to us was the breakfast buffet. That was one of the most enjoyable breakfasts I've had in a long time. Please be sure to book it as part of your stay because it is a little pricey, especially if you have a big family.
My only suggestion would be to make sure that all your luggage is out of your room way before 11am checkout time because getting an elevator at checkout is like winning the lottery. Slim to none chance as they have only 3 elevators and a ton of people leaving at 11am. We waited for nearly 30 minutes to get an empty elevator for 2 luggage carts.
Other than that, we had a great stay and we will definitely return.

Compass Cove Resort
This hotel was great! We paid about $125 a night, and it was well worth it! We were there for two weeks and the service was excellent. The location was great for us because it was quiet and at the end of the strand of hotels. The room was cleaned daily and we made a mess!
Upon check in, the hotel give each person a plastic travel mug with the hotel name so that every morning you could head down to the restaurant to get some coffee for 5C! The bar in the hotel was great and the food was good as well. Prices all together were very reasonable.

We stayed in a three-bedroom condo for $99 as it was January. It had a full kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms, and three TVs. There was a restaurant onsite and it boasted 720 feet of beachfront. There were five jacuzzis, two hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pools, kiddie pools, and lazy rivers, plus a game room. A large balcony was a highlight and even in January you could keep the balcony sliding door open so you could wake up to the sound of the ocean. This facility costs a lot more in the summer months, but it was a steal in January and a beautiful condo for the whole family to enjoy.
