Ventura at Boca Raton

Best Things About the Resort:
They had some supper grills if you wanted to grill out a night or two. Ventura is small and quaint but the 3 bedroom units are 2,700 square feet; plenty of space!

Resort Experience:
Ventura is across the street from the beach, but it has a private walkway to the beach which is directly across from the front of the resort, so bring some flip-flops. You don’t want to go barefoot unless you've got tough feet.

Best Things Nearby:
The beach was right across the street and we took full advantage of it daily.

Best Things About the Resort:
The location; size of the living room and bedrooms.

Resort Experience:
Although not the nicest units we've visited, it was nevertheless well located, being across the street from the beach. It needs a good refurbishing to bring it up to Gold Crown or RID status. Movies were available to borrow, which was nice, but the available beach chairs were in poor shape. The kitchen was fully equipped, but quite small. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a plus. The master bedroom and living room both had TVs. The unit was on the ground floor, so we could walk right out to the pool from our living room. It was in close proximity to Palm Beach, a local YMCA, as well as movie theaters. You definitely need a car when staying at this resort!

The Towers at Mullet Bay

The timeshare accomodations were very nice as we had a 2 bedroom with 2 full baths. It included a full kitchen and living room and a balcony. Unfortunately, the surrounding property was severely damaged in the 1995 hurricane and has yet to be repaired. The golf course, which is the only one on the island was in terrible condition.
