Friendly Atmosphere & Great Housekeeping Services

Very Friendly Atmosphere. It was a very peaceful staying here at the Comfort Inn. I would defintely stay here again. The lady at the desk call a housekeeper to help us with our luggage. Great Housekeeping services. The only thing I had 2 laptops and I was able to log onto the internet just on one of them. Next day I learned I needed to user names and passwords for each computer. I'll keep this in mind for my next trip.
Great Value and Close to Pasadena

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I thought only to spend one night,but ended up staying for the week. The room I got was spotless, and their Free Internet was excellent. This truly made my job a lot easier. There's a starbucks within one block from the hotel with a nice outdoor patio, this was definitely another plus for me. I actually got a great rate, excellent room, close to where I needed to be, and in a quiet area. I never really thought I was going to be so comfortable. What a nice surprise.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn, Eagle Rock on my trip to visit my relatives in the erea and was impressed with the efficiency from the desk agent to the Sunshire comflimentary breakfast that was offered. Room was clean and spacious, with free wi/fi which make my traveling more effective since I often bring works on my trips. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful, and the price was right, considering that the hotel is located in the middle of all the wonderful Los Angeles attractions, as weill as Pasadena and Glendale.

I booked my room since the hotel is close to the occidental college. I was surprise to find the hotel has very nice & comfortable beds, and the rooms are very clean. I have to visit my daughter at least once a month and this is where I will be staying from now on. By the way the continental breakfast serverd every morning is great. I loved the Fresh Hot Waffles in the morning.
Don't stay here!

I had stayed at this place previously for business travel. Rooms not clean but it was convenient to a tournament. Online reservations made error and they charged my card for extra room that I didn't reserve and refused to credit. Rude customer service to corporate level. NEVER will stay at any Comfort chain hotels again!
