Convenient for a Redding Stop

We arrived late (10 p.m.), but our guaranteed reservation was honored without any problem. Our room was on the freeway side of the property, so there was some traffic noise, but not enough to interfere with sleep. The room was clean and well appointed, though this property may be showing its age a bit. The buffet breakfast included was well above average, as it's served in the C.R. Gibbs Grill attached to the motel and has a large selection of attractive dishes. We'll probably try to stay here again if we visit Redding in the near future.

I read an earlier reveiw which stated remodeled, Must have been talking about the lobby!!! We were tired and the night desk person was not friendly almost like we were a bother. The room was a kick back to the 60's it was dark and very small, or else they forgot to remodel the backside of the hotel.... The breakfast was the best part handsdown, the servers were so friendly and helpfull.. I think the next time for the price I will stay at the Best western on the north side of Redding..
No reason to look elsewhere...

Until having a family with 2 little girls, I've always tried to stay at the cheapest place possible. Not anymore though! This hotel was extremely clean, beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable. Shower was awesome and rooms large. However, the BEST thing was the FULL breakfast. They had EVERYTHING. Considering that eating a similar breakfast with our family of 4 would cost $35-40, this hotel was a great deal. Don't even bother looking anywhere else in the area to stay.

This place has just been remodeled and it is unique. It is one of the nicer Best Westerns we have seen and we travel alot!! The pool is oversized the hot tub is great and the restraunt on the property is awsome!! It just seemed to be a great little stop for us on our way to Canada and we would stay here again! Don't forget about the breakfast in the morning it has an array of choices and was just what we needed for the long drive up! Thank you

We were headed up the oregon coast to Washington with our close friends and redding was a great stopping point for us! The hotel was easy to find, great curb appeal and friendly staff. We had 2 rooms on the poolside so we could hit the hot tub in the evening, we really enjoyed the restaurant and the pool and spa. To top it off we got a full hot buffet breakfast that morning which fueled us up for the long drive ahead! I would totally stay again it was just great.
