Bugs and no water pressure

My wife and I stayed at this property with low expectations going in, but due to convenience to our work we decided to stay. The old stale smell hits you as soon as you enter the hall. When we got to our room after a days work I wanted to shower. When I turned on the shower the water pressure was almost non existent, so getting a good shower wasn't about to happen. The topper of it all was when I picked up my washcloth and two earwigs fell out on the ground. That was all we could take and checked out the next day. The staff was very pleasant and the bed was not to bad.
OK Hotel - Horrible Water Pressure

The hotel was nice enough - I've been in better & worse. The bed might have been OK if you like to sink in like a half-filled waterbed (and it's not a waterbed), unfortunatly I've got arthritis of the spine and after the first 10 minutes it was horribly uncomfortable.
The room was clean. Water pressure was almost non-existent. I believe in concerving water and use low flow showerheads and faucets in my home, but, after trying to rinse the toothpaste out of the sink (and I'm not a kid, I don't use an overabundance) I ended up having to wipe the sink out with a washcloth. And rinsing the soap of your hands after washing them takes forever to do a poor job. I looked and it was the water extermely restricting device they had in the faucet that kept you from getting enough pressure to wash normally.
If you don't mind an extremely soft bed and washing your hands in the bathtub it's a fairly nice hotel.

Very enjoyable chats with front desk staff! Friendly and always available -- they answered
questions and were very kind.
Dining room was great! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. What a wonderful view!
The grounds are fun to walk around. Lush scenery overlooking a lake -- very nice.

This is probably a former Westin, or at least it has the same furniture and pictures on the wall as a Westin I stayed at recently. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, what more could we ask? We only ate in the dining room once, at an off-peak time, but the server was helpful and very nice, and the food was good. Plenty of free parking was a plus.
Nice setting

The hotel was in a nice setting, lots of trees. The room was very clean and had lots of space. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions, etc. Security could be an issue however because the outside door was only locked one of six nights we stayed there. Only one of three ice machines was working.
