Watch for hidden fees. Waterpark closed at 7pm. If you are planning on using the shuttle to go to the parks...DON'T! It is limited to certain times and only 2 parks, the rest of the parks cost extra. Room service is limited to pizza. The bed was comfortable. Would suggest poolview, unless you have small kids and plan on going to sleep early on Fri & Sat, there is live entertainment.

There were resort fees in addition to the room fee that was given on travel website. I had to ask for washcloths 4 days in a row. The waterpark is only open till 7. The shuttle only went to 2 parks and certain times, not on a regular basis. Glad I had rented a car. I had booked early and could have booked Disney property for the cost of the final cost with resort fee, not including the parking fees at the parks. I never saw a spread of food like the pictures on the website. Room services is limited to pizza only, contrary to what I was told from the front desk.

We have visited here 2 x in 3 weeks. We had a great time . we do not have small children and we would go back as often as we can LOVE IT

I arrived at my hotel to find that a plmg issue had arose that morning on the 3rd floor where my room was and was not called about this problem earlier in the day.They got me a room at Howard Johnson at no cost to me which was across the way from them. I needed transportation to get there for I had no car so they had one of their employees take me and my bags via a golf cart thru the parking lot and the grassy area in between both spots. I had to take the same path back to the hotel in the morning to use their transportation. I called the hotel back to find out when my room would be available and what time the transportation to the park leaves. I was told to check at 9am for my room and transportation left at either 7:30am or 10:30am. In the morning after going back to the hotel for the transportation I was told to call back at 1pm for the issue was not fixed yet. My room was available at 9pm that night. The transportation only picked back up at 9:30pm or 10:30pm so I was unable to come back to my room during the day to use the waterpark which was the reason I picked them in the first place.Breakfast started at 7am leaving little time to catch the first shuttle to get to the park when it opened. I got no receipt when leaving due to them auditing and after giving an email address to get one I have not heard back yet.

The room was beautifully decorated & the four adults in our room didn't feel cramped and on top of each other. Unfortunately we paid the $10 extra for a "waterpark" view and all we could see on the 1st floor was a blue cabana. We couldn't even see around it enough to see ANYTHING in the waterpark. We called to get the charges reversed, which were supposedly granted, but when we got to the front desk to check out, we then had to wait a long time to talk to the manager to have the charges reversed. We do hope to stay there again next year, but will either request a room on a higher floor, or just stay in a regular room. If your plan is to play in the waterpark, make sure you get there early in the day as you are allowed to play all day before you check in to the hotel @ 4:00 pm. We never found the 90 square foot heated spa. We looked all over for it, but didn't see it. We did find a teeny tiny hot tub within the waterpark, but it is only open 9:30 am to 7 pm, so don't expect to come in after a long day & get in the water b/c you can't. Overall this was a very nice hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and informative when asked about directions, etc. Have a great time!
