I just spent few days with my husband in this hotel. I did not know the hotel and we just found this one for its price and location and it is definitely worth it!!!
The view on Times Square is amazing, they have a terrace with a bar outside but you can also enjoy the view from the restaurant (really good breakfast).
The room is big for New York City. It was very clean and modern, with very nice frame of NYC.

Horrible Horrible Horrible

I thought I was going to stay in a very nice hotel during my last visit to NYC. I was happy because I had my stay comp by the GM from another hotel property who I am friends with but the hotel was far from expected. The room had the dirtiest carpet ever.... I mean I have never seen such filthy carpet in my life.... HORRIBLE... when I checked in, check in was at 3pm.. my room was not ready until 4pm and even then, I got a dirty dirty room.... The only high light was a very sweet housekeeper who did her best to make me feel comfortable. There were even cracks in the ceiling and I was glad I was not paying 200 a night for this room.

My husband and I recently visited NYC with our two daughters and their husbands for the Big East Basketball Tournament March 13-15, 2009. This was our Christmas present to them and we were all looking forward to a great weekend get-away. We arrived in NYC at 12:30 p.m and immediately went to the motel. When we arrived we were told that the "computers were down" and they were unable to check us in at that time, but to feel free to store our luggage and come back at 3:00 p.m. We did so only to find out that the "computers were still down" and the lobby was now full of disgruntled travelers. We again spoke to the desk personnel and were told that they didn't know what time this problem would be resolved and to please be patient. It was now 3:15 p.m. and we had 45 minutes to get freshened up (in the lobby bathroom) for a 4:00 p.m. dinner reservation. We informed the management that we would not be returning to the motel until after the basketball games which could be midnight or later. The gentleman behind the desk assured us that we would have a room when we returned and advised us to, "Just go and have a great time, we will have your rooms ready upon your return." The games went into overtime and we did not return to the motel until 1:30 a.m. only to find that our rooms were not ready!!! Are you kidding me!!! They kept saying that it was do to the computer glitch and if we would have a seat in the lobby they would see what they could do. Never again!!

Stayed here January of 2008...came to do all the tourist-y stuff and see Broadway shows. We had had a hellacious day of travel due to weather delays and had tickets to see a show 45 minutes from when we set foot in the hotel. The front desk attendent saw that we were exhausted upon stepping off the elevator and said "relax, the trip's over, you're here!!! welcome!" Made a point to put us in a room away from the elevator. Concierge was very helpful and got us dinner reservations at several restaurants that can be difficult to get into (Sardie's, Carmine's, and Abbocado). Room was very comfortable and spacious for a NYC room. Only glitch was that we got stuck on the elevator for about 20 minutes, but the staff was very helpful in getting us out!!! a very short walk to all the broadway theatres, shopping, rockefeller plaza, and several subway stations. An attendent sits at the elevators and checks room keys at night for safety purposes. this was much appreciated.would absolutely stay here again, in a heartbeat!!!
