Good Stay for a family overnight

We were travelling through Waterloo and looking for a clean, comfortable place to get a good night's sleep before continuing our journey. While the room was just average, the breakfast the next morning was beyond our expectations. Advertised as a continental breakfast, it was much more. For this reason, we would definitely stay again!
Luckily only night!!!

My family though this motel was dirty, noisy and nasty. Very disappointed, will not return.

If you are there on vacation, like my brother and I were, it was walking distance to many bars. Also there is great gentlemens club FLIRTS right down the street. We had a great time and we felt safe walking down the street
Nice Place, BAD soundproofing.

This was a very nice facility, not the best of locations, but didn't feel at all unsafe. The staff was awesome, had drunks show up at 1:00 am in the next room, and as I said, NO soundproofing in the entire inn. Could only handle them for about 30 minutes, had to call front desk, they handled it immediately. Didn't have that to deal with again till they started vomiting at about 6:00 am, as I said NO soundproofing. I could hear car doors shutting, and I was on the fourth floor. I stay at motel on average twice a month, and I have never seen a inn quite as noisy as this one. This is the ONLY reason I would not stay at this facility again, but overall a good experience. Like I said staff was great from check in to check out.
