The room was ok, smelled of smoke in the non-smoking floor. The blankets were torn with cig.burns on them. Had to change rooms due to smoke smell, the 2nd room was a little better.

I stayed here on my business trip to the area and found this hotel to be a real treat.. it was very new feeling and the staff as friendly.. they directed me to everything i needed (dinner and walmart) which were pretty close by. The room was comfortable and nice for me to do my work and breakfast was decent.. i really enjoyed the hotel because it was new and very nice and conducive to me geting my work done.. i will be back!

Great location for a short visit to Hartford to visit daughter at Trinity College. Lots of Shopping and Restaurants in the area. Will definitely return.

Very clean hotel. The only thing I would recommend is that in the room is a directory of area restaurants. Would stay there again.

Our family had a great experience here, staff was attentive and the housekeeping was wonderful, they even made my sons inflatable bed! When we are in Ct. this will be where we stay, keep up the good work!
