Excellent customer service. I received the best recommendations for dining and attractions. Hotel was friendly and very accomodating. I recommend the hotel highly and would definitely stay there if in SF again. Perfectly located too.

This hotel was pretty amazing in terms of service. We booked a rental car through the hotel prior to arriving and the people we spoke with on the phone were extremely polite and helpful. This hotel is close to everything, including the BART and MUNI lines, and the beds are great. I would absolutely stay in this hotel again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great for shopping. The rooms were tidy and not actually dirty?but it needed a deeper cleaning to get me back again. I've stayed in "boutique" hotels within a 4 block radius for less money that were much cleaner.
