Everything was great. My only complaint was the parking situation. It was a very tight garage and there was no space to park and I had to hassle with them to remove the parking charge. I just felt that the staff should of taken the charge off if you had to ride around for an hour trying to parking space in my opinion.

Excellent hotel. Staff are professional and eager to assist from front desk to housekeeping to room service to dining room. Food good, rooftop hottubs lovely. Our room on the 17th floor was delightful with fabulous view. Hotel is quiet. Room service menu is a little pricey. Location is great as a starting off point for sightseeing, and close to financial district for business. We will absolutely return.

Beautiful room with my husband, 15 & 17 yr old. We were upgraded to an Executive suite which was 2 levels with 2 bathrooms. We really enjoyed the pool area and the hot tubs on the roof. After so much walking the hot tubs were just wonderful. We all enjoyed the free breakfast buffet, we used the outside patio each morning and the food was good. We used the shuttle bus at the hotel, free of charge also, the driver was very friendly. We are already planning to return to this hotel within the next year.

The hotel is very conveniently located and within easy walking distance of everything.
