Great pools!!

Stayed just one night to "try it out." Our four-year old absolutely loved the pools - especially the "lazy river." For some reason the water in the "baby pools" was ice cold. That's the only reason I didn't give the pools five stars. We had a one-bedroom suite. It was very clean, spacious and well-appointed. The front desk staff was very attentive. Will definitely consider staying again!

Resort was nice. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The indoor water park, outdoor pools, and lazy river were very nice for the children. A good value for the money.

Great location, excellent waterpark!

The resort was in an easy to find location just off the main strip, within walking distance to restaurants, shows and tons of shopping. The indoor waterpark is the main reason to choose this hotel. It has 2 waterslides, a jacuzzi, sauna, water volleyball, water treadmill & more. There's no lifeguards, but there is a pool area attendant & lots of towels available. The outside pool isn't deep, but there is a nice little lazy river outside, too! Staff was friendly & helpful and hotel was very clean. There's a small gym and a "game room" (really just a few arcade video games). Rooms are good sized and well equipped with jets in the tub, 100-channel cable tv (no HBO or Showtime, though), a fireplace & appliances. We looked around as driving by other area hotels, and didn't see one we would have prefered to the one we had.

Bad choice - 2 star at best

Checked in thinking we were getting a nice (not elaborate) condo for a 3-night stay. The room smelled of urine - they brought in a ozone device that was suppose to help with the odor but did not do the job. The hallways have dirty dirty floors and the walls are scuffed - same inside the condo. Fully equipped kitchen means you have 2 cereal bowls, glasses, few plates, no teaspoons, and very little to prepare food (even cereal) with. There is no security chain on the door; no maid service (they will replenish towels if you remind them 2-3 times). The linens are "goodwill quality" and the bed feels like you're sleeping on knots of cotton. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that they have very nice pools outside and inside. I definitely would not stay there again.

Terrible View

For the price of our room (over $225 per night)-I couldn't believe all the WINDOWS and BALCONY would overlook the garbage disposal Never will I book with Online Websites again!
