Had the worst travel experience of my life at the Time. I had booked a room thru the internet and paid the rate advertised by the hotel. I was given a confirmation number, and called to make sure everything was ok. When my family and I arrived we were informed by the Time staff that they do not have to honor any rate from an internet site such as travel website, or Orbitz or Hotelbook.com. Instead they told me I would have to pay a rate almost $* more than what they advertised on the internet. Use extreme caution with this hotel. It's a decent hotel in a good location, but do not.. repeat do not trust this hotel to honor a rate you book over the internet.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful re: recommendations and assistance. This was not a room I would want to "hang out" in but why would you in Time Square anyway !!!

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip. Excellent location in the heart of the Theater District. We arrived hours before check-in and were upgraded to a king room. Room decor was pleasing, lighting was good, wi fi connection strong, bed was comfy, room was quiet. Room had no view and was not spacious, but was adequate by NYC standards. $209 sounds pricey, but that was an excellent deal for the location. Small charge for storing bags after check-out was somewhat annoying. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Stayed here with my daughter on our recent trip for her birthday. The location was excellent close to all the Bway shows and restaurants and Times Square. We felt totally safe walking day and night. Subway was only 1 block away so getting around was a breeze. Loved the modern decor and the room service menu was great. The staff was very courteous and helpfull. We'll def. stay here again!!

Just steps from Broadway/Time Square, Spring Awakening playing next door and Chicago across the street, hop on/off tour bus just 2 blocks away! Excellant Concierge and very friendly staff. Yes, the room is small, but adequate enough. My 19 y.o. daughter and I had a great time there.
