Where Should I Start...

When we pulled up to The Time, we were greeted and helped out of our cab by the doormen. We were also helped inside and to the 2nd floor lobby check-in. There was 2 personell behind the counter, and we were invisible untill I told them we'll be checking in. What an attitude I got in return. After our check-in, we found our room and it seemed nice, maybe because I like the color blue, but it was small. After we quickly settled in, i noticed the ligh in the main entrance wasnt working, the door bell wasnt working, the curtain was coming off of the closet hanger, and the restroom lock, didnt lock. All to which i wasnt going to let bother my trip to NYC. Throughout our time there it was good, so far. We had to call for ice more than once, possibly more than twice, or thrice. Our last night there, we had a storm come through. I heard a noise thinking of it to be a mouse in the wall, was actually a leak in the ceiling that dripped on my nearby items, and onto the nighstand. Being it our last night, more than upset,I blew it off. The checkout had the same turn-out from the first. Rude personell. The only nice thing i encountered was the doormen. Nice job guys. I would never stay again.
not worth it- room too small for the price.

We stayed April 2009, the room way too small. The stuff was very friendly though. We were driving around for over an hour to find the hotel hard to see the sign and the number. We called the hotel and can't tell us the right directions.
Will stay there again? may be not.

Overall, my stay at the Time Hotel was very good. My check-in and check-out were fast and went without any glitches. The on-sight restaurant was fine for breakfast, but a bit pricey for lunch/dinner. The food was Italian and good. The location, in the heart of the theater district, was superb. The N, R, W, Q and 1 trains were all within a block from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and housekeeping was attentive to my needs. The only issue happened the morning I was checking out when the toilet overflowed. When I called the front desk to report the problem, though polite, I received no response for 30 minutes. It actually took a second call to the front desk before the problem was rectified. However, I would stay again.

The Time Hotel was right in the theater district of NYC. Perfect for getting around and seeing lots of sights. The staff were friendly and professional. No problems at all. I would book my hotel there again next time I go to NYC.

We had a 3 days vacation in ny and we chose this hotel because we wanted to be in time square. The location is great just few step from time square, the lobby is nice as the hotel and the bar.
the room was too much small also the bathroom was not at the level of the rice payed. I think we could find a better location for the same price.
