This hotel made me feel unwelcome

The hotel room was small for a party of four. Some front desk people were snobby and rude. The pool was only 3 feet deep. However the maids were friendly.

excellent location. great staff. everyone made us feel welcome. I have been to Hawaii twice and this time was magical. I would go back to this hotel anytime and would recommend it to everyone.
This hotel had a luxury feel without the expense to go along with that.

The hotel offered a free stand up paddle boarding class with a free t-shirt. It was SO much fun! Very close to stores and great food. Great location.

This was a nice hotel in the shadow of the Sheraton and the Royal Hawaiian. Not on the water but as close as you can be. No frills, good restaurant, bellmen were great as was the entire staff. Good value for the price, one block or less to Waikiki. ...Read more

I felt so comfortable during my stay here. Everytime I walked through the lobby the staff always greeted me with a "HI" or how you doing today.
