This hotel went out of their way to accomodate my husband and myself and all of the family that joined us for a memorial gathering. They gave us a meeting room to use while we were there.
The staff at the desk was wonderful, breakfasts each morning excellent and the rooms bright, clean and very comfrotable.
I would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone staying in the area!!
Highly Recommend!!

This was a great place to stay at! The staff were really professional and helped with my every need. They also provide free transportation to the airport. Which I find, really great b/c it saved me money on getting a taxi.
I would stay here again in the future. A great price for awesome service!
I Recommend...

The Holiday Inn in Kent!! It's a great place to stay at for a cheap price! They definately show that they are a "full service" hotel. I didn't know what the difference was until I stayed here. Other hotels just forget about you once you check in. But at this one, they made me feel welcome and comfortable to ask for anything that I may need. They were real helpful and also provided me transportation to the local Mall.
I also, enjoyed their breakfast. Eventhough it's a complimentry breakfast...they actually put out some good stuff.
Stayed here twice - both were excellent experiences

We stayed here one night at the beginning of our Seattle-Vancouver vacation, and one night at the end of the trip, and both experiences were excellent. Front desk staff was very efficient and helpful, and the shuttle drivers were great - I left my phone in the shuttle and they found it and held it for me at the front desk. Breakfast here was actually pretty good, and Mitzel's next door was great - except that they had just closed when we arrived a little after 10 pm. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms at a good price, and location is convenient to airport, downtown, and ferries. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.
fairly typical

Staff was friendly, proficient, and professional. Room was average okay with a comfortable bed. Mostly we didn't need heating/AC because of ambient spring weather, but the controls were better than in many hotels with a thermostat control rather than just on/off low/high. Wireless internet service was good though speed could have been a bit faster. Only complaint was that the room was rather cramped given all the furniture in it. Another two feet in both dimensions would have been excellent, or maybe a queen bed instead of a king. We ate three meals at Mitzels Restaurant next door (and attached to hotel by a breezeway.) Breakfast was good, one dinner was good and one was poor. Seems like they microwave all entrees-- including steaks. Overall a decent but not great hotel. Location was right for our purposes.
