Great hotel Overall! Fantastic room, cozy bed. Very uniquely decorated as well...food and drinks are very pricey! Front desk staff was a bit unfriendly, but nothing out of the ordinary! Great stay all in all

Our 1st Sofitel

This was our 1st experience at a Sofitel property. It exceeded our expectations. The water view from our room was soothing and the room was nicely furnished and very clean. Business did not allow the proper time to enjoy all the features, but what we did experience was 1st class. The front desk personnel were most personable and helpful. The free parking lot was most appreciated.

I have had no experience like this one. The service is incomperable. The doorman recognized me after the first day. I have never been treated so well.

We've stayed at Sofitel a number of times and will definitely stay again. The staff is wonderful, polite, respectful...couldn't be better. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The restaurant is also very accommodating as to special requests. An overall great experience

This hotel is fantastic, but expensive. When I arrived at the SF airport, I called the hotel and within a few minutes the hotel van showed up to wisk me back to the hotel. The service here is wonderful and the rooms are good.

I would think that the price for the rooms they could include internet access, but they charge $9.95/day.
