A Great Hotel with a Great Design
I loved staying at the Grand Hotel Francais. I live in Paris and stayed there for two nights with my wife. I can tell you that it has a great design, blending traditional and modern touches. I seriously recommend this to those who are looking for a peaceful stay in a very refined setting.

My wife and I enjoyed my stay very much here. The staff was very cordial and helpful. I needed a power adapter and Stephen went out and got one for me. (Unlike other travelers, I did return it to him) The room was excellent. We did not eat there because my wife has a wheat allergy and we had to look for other meals, so I cannot attest for any dining. But we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is the best place, in all of Europe, that we stayed at on our vacation. EXCELLENT location next to the train station which was a single train to Louvre and Arch de Triomphe(?). The hotel staff was great, curtious, funny and very helpful. Great restaurant(s) around the corner, and relatively close to the highway if driving a vehicle. Free wireless internet access was great, the rooms were VERY clean and very nice. WOULD DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone staying, for its a great deal and a good location. I will be staying there again, on my next trip to Paris for certain!

This hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and well put together. The concierge was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the metro, which makes getting around the city easy. There are plenty of wonderful bakeries on the street for breakfast and a a few great local restaurants. I would definitely stay again!

Grand Hotel Francais is a 11e arrondissement hotel perfectly located in the Marais and Bastille district and it is near to the Nation's Metro station, which is a transport hub to most of the interesting touristic areas in Paris.
It is one of those beautiful buildings that you can find in the area with moulded ceilings and balconies at the windows that make up the charm and elegance of Paris.
This attractive building harmoniously combines the intimate and the functionnal beauty and modernity.
The lobby and the bar recently totally renovated to represent the charm and the elegance of the French tradition.
It offers a non-ending list of service such as Wifi, restauration, excursion and satellite table.
My favourite will of course be in the breakfast room, where I am allowed to rediscover the finest of French traditions : pains au chocolat, brioches, croissants and of course, the famous baguette !
No doubt one of the best croissant that I've ever eaten in my whole life (yeah.. if you compared to koln's croissant lol)
