Staff was friendly, quick and easy check-in and check out. Accomodations were nice and clean. Price was excellent, even included breakfast, which was excellent. Nice hot breakfast, not a continental breakfast. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Already planning to come back in September.

I arrived on Sunday and decided to stay till the end of the week although there were cheaper hotels close by. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet despite lots of guests. Very clean room which had all amenties. Breakfast was very satisfactory with good selection. Very polite staff and attentive to my needs. It's actually one of the best hotels for the money in my opinion which is why I stay at Holiday Inn Express when I travel.
Disappointed

I chose the hotel because it had a whirlpool tub which I need per doctors orders. The first night was fine, but the next morning, I never got hot water. We called the front desk 3 times and they really didn't have an answer, except they had a lot of guests. I have never stayed at a hotel that has ran out of hot water. I did get $20 off my rate, but it was a very big disappointment.

The bed dipped to the center and was very uncomfortable. We had some soda and the cups, cans and desk were covered in ants in the morning. Most disgusting was the smear of feces on the bathroom counter. This was not a relaxing stay!
