ITHACA IS GRATEFUL

They sliped me a bill under my room door. But when I showed them the prepayed travolicty pappers they threw away the bill no problem. I missed the shuttle from the airport to the inn. So I called the hotel and they sent a taxi for me at no extra charge. Nice looking place. Clean and my room was pre air conditioned.

Room was clean but could not regulate heater. We opened a window and it was about 10 degrees outside! Three busloads of students were staying there and we could hear every conversation and door slamming - the doors/walls offered very little sound proofing. When I complained the staff said they could not see/hear a problem. I had to call four times before they acutally called the coach and had him contain his students. For $* a night this hotel is WAY OVERPRICED.

"Nice large room -- clean room and bath -- fluffy thick towels -- very friendly staff.Very annoying when trying to leave to find out that the hair dryer was not working -- had to call the desk twice to get a replacement one, delayed check outFood definitely needs improvement in the restaurant, very commericial and prepared too far in advance."
