The bed is super comfortable and the room was well-maintained. The bar upstairs had a modern but comfortable feel, with a great staff. The lobby is relaxing with a fountain. Attached Starbucks for those that need a morning pick up!
One of the most pleasurable hotels ever!

My wife and I actually book out trips out to San Francisco based on the availability of the Hotel Nikko. We just spent 3 days in San Fran for my birthday. We were in out room not more than 5 minutes when the manager had champagne and fruit sent to our suite as a birthday gift from them. It is almost embarrassing how well they treat you. There really isn't much to say beyond our raving endorsements of the Hotel Nikko. Oh, and the restaurant in the hotel, Anzu, is brilliant dining experience. It is a place like this that makes you never want to leave and go back to work! We love staying here and will never look for any other accommodations when we travel to San Francisco. Great job Nikko! I was only at the hotel for a night, but it was super comfortable. The lobby is pretty impressive - marble everywhere. The rooms were nice and updated with a fantastic bed. Great linens layers of sheets, duvet, blanket, tons of pillows. I was so sad to have to get up early and leave that bed! Plasma TV, well-stocked minibar. Location is great - close to the Westfield center with great shopping and walking distance to my meetings. The elevators required you to swipe your keycard to get to the rooms, so that helped me feel more secure. The bathroom could use some more updating, but it did offer a shower and tub.

The service was horrible. The staff is too busy to be personable. Visitors must pay $10.00 daily to use the pool and hot tub. The one positive comment is the hotel is located downtown and close to all you need to get to when visiting San Francisco.
