out experience was pleasant. the room was spacious and clean. the pool not too cold. we enjoyed the homeade waffle iron option for beakfast.
non smoking rooms are a joke

This hotel has super nice employees, a good breakfast, good enough pool. If you are a smoker or love the smell of a hotel room that has been saturated with tobacco smoke then sprayed over with air freshener...this is a good place for you. If you need a non smoking room, don't stay here...they will reserve a non smoking room for you, then give you a smoke saturated room. If you have lots of free time to find another place to stay , in the area, once you realize this...this is also a good place for you.
Not worth it

Our first room was incredibly dirty with something rotting in the mini fridge. The second room they gave us was also disgusting. Its cheap but not worth it. Very unclean and worn. Breakfast in morning was okay and staff seemed pleasant enough- its just the rooms that were very gross.

We stopped on the way to Des Moines and had a great experience here. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and offered plenty of space. Great pool and hot tub. Would recommend it to anyone traveling through who would like a nice affordable room.

Horrible experience. Rude front dest. Had to call corporate office. No satisfaction.
