The staff is very courteous, the free breakfast was the best of all the places we stayed at while on vacation. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is because it's a motel type place so other guests packing up their cars and leaving early in the morning will wake you up if you're not a heavy sleeper. That being said, this is a great place.

I spent two nights at the BW of Fredericksburg. The first thing I noticed was the beautiful landscaping. After a speedy check-in, I was on my way to my cool and very neat room. Breakfast was more than adequate - immaculate seating area, and a variety of foods to choose from, including make-your-own waffles! This was a very good value.

Conventiently located near I-95 exit, but only a few minute's drive to the historic area.
Appears recently remodeled - very comfortable bed.
Only draw-back is limited parking.

"I was in town for one night. Desk personnel were helpful when I asked for directions to a hotel in Fredericksburg. They also made sure that I knew about the complimentary breakfast the following morning. Nice, clean room. Front desk called room 10 minutes after check-in to insure all was well in the room."
