Super 8 needs to be shut down

When our family entered the room, it stunk. The microwave had molded pizza inside it. The refrig had mold all in it. Roaches "GALORE". I notified the front desk and complained, they did send housekeeping to clean out the microwave and the next day I left a note asking for them to clean out the frig. The maintance man left a gallon of bug spray in our room for us to spray for bugs. This place needs to be shut down, I will never ever stay at this place again. Please rethink about staying at a place like this.
Bugs, Bugs and more bugs

We had cockroaches in our rooms. We understand the motel was being renovated, but there was garbage left outside for 2 days (an empty pizza box on the sidewalk). One front desk employee had no desire to make coffee, (which we were under the impression was supposed to be available 24/7) and we had to make our own. The maintenance guys were GREAT. They helped out whenever it was needed. As far as I'm concerned the only good thing about it was we were only about 5 minutes from Ft SIll (where my son was graduating from Basic Training). Thanks for letting me speak my piece!!!

The shower didn't drain, you had to hold the handle on toilet just right to flush or it would fall out, there was hair all over even in the bed. Floor needed cleaned. When the air conditionercame on it soundedlike the fan was going to blow up in to a million pieces. It looked real nice in the pictures, but on arrival it looked like it had not been cleaned since they had taken the pictures. There were people standing around outside that looked like they didn't belong there. The room above us sounded like they were having an exercise class that lasted until 3:00 am. Front desk didn't seem to care. Would not have stayed if there were any other motels that had rooms available and would not reccomend to other.
COCKROACHES GALORE!!

The staff was friendly, but so were the bugs! There were cockroaches and crickets in our
room, in the bathroom, and on our BEDS! We complained to the front desk and they sent a
maintenaince man to spray our room. We saw even more. That night they were again climbing
onto our beds, and the next morning there were more than 20 dead roaches on the floor.
I actually took pictures of the dead bugs all over the floor. All of the rooms near us had the same problem. Needless to say we did not sleep much, and we will never return to this particular hotel.
A Little Disappointed

Was hoping to give a good rating to Super8. Wanted a clean, inexpensive place to sleep while visiting Grandpa in the hospital. At first glance it looked ok. With further inspection I was wishing I had spent more money and stayed elsewhere. The carpet needs cleaned. The patch on the ceiling where it had flooded above was ugly & dirty looking. The bathroom smelled bad. There was a battery in the sink drain; Trash under bedskirt and behind armoire. Didn't clean room or bring fresh towels. Only positive - young counter guy was nice. Next time - $20 more for cleaner room.
