We stayed here in Jan 2008. Very satisfied with the service and location, especially with the room. Furnitures seem new and bathroom was nice. When we stayed here we did not have a single problem. Rooms are clean and staffs are friendly. Decent motel we ever stayed. Location is safe, close to everything. Can not ask more of this in SF. Happy with the rate. Parking was controlled by cameras in the office. Will stay here again.

I travel all over the country for work. When I stayed here i was put in a room that was not clean, the toilet did not work, there were bed bugs. I was able to get another room which was better. I then met the owner as I was on my way out the door. When I voiced my complaint to him expecting some form of an apology for the room I was told that he was too busy to talk and basically that he did not care. I also found out that the cars in the parking lot get broken into on a regular basis. The Manager was very nice when I talked with him. I feel sorry that these people due to having to pay their bill have to work for someone that talks to them the way the owner does. I'm sorry but not only will I not stay here again because of the bugs and the lack of cleanliness but I wont stay here again because of the way the owner talks down to his employees. Anyone that talks to their employees like that should not be in business.

No kidding. I had a battle with these creatures the whole night long.
Couldn't get a bit of sleep.
The lady at the front desk gave us the remote control manual
to fix the tv ourselves when we complained that the remote didn't work.
We will never spend another night in this motel again unfortunately,
we travel to San Francisco quite often.

The clerk in question is X at the ?BROADWAY MANOR INN HOTEL?
At the beautiful very clean ?BROADWAY MANOR INN HOTEL?
A friend and I where driving from Los Angeles, CA a 6 hour ride to our favorite City San Francisco, for a well deserved small vacation.
We where stuck in the late Sunday afternoon heavy traffic going to town.
I am a legally Disabled person and have stomach problems; I had the earch to visit a restroom but had no ways to get off the 101 FWY. I told my friend, well I try to make it to the Hotel, the "Broadway Manor Inn", arriving at the Hotel, there was one more Hotel Guest in front of me checking in, I asked the clerk, I found out her name later "X" if I could use their Restroom.
I was told not to yell at her and was suppose to take my turn as any body else. Again I told her that this was an emergency and to please accommodate me to my needs,
again she yelled at me in front of every body and my friend is a witness to the happening conversation.
The women said: ?you don't raise your voice and that she is not going to be yelled at by any one or even a ? Hotel Guest!?
I just want to bring this up, that a very nice CLEAN ? HOTEL ? The Broadway Manor - Management in our favorite City San Francisco, should not employ clerks like ?Christina? that are discriminating, talk, have an attitude and worth of all has no Consideration for people in need, or ?Disabled Senor Citizen?s?
My recommendation in this case is have this person removed from her public ? clerks duty, to make sure that future? PAYING HOTEL GUESTS ? get the SERVICE and ATTENTION they are paying for and deserve!
