My husband and I would probably not stay here again. We stayed in building 3 of 9. Walls are thin so you heard conversations in the hallway on the floor above us. Frontdesk staff and access to hot tub a big hassle, best not to expect much from them.
It is on the bus line so getting to the resorts or to the historic PC is not an issue. It is in prospector square area which is a good mix of condos and commerical business which includes a good amount of restaurants.
Good Place for Price

Convenient enough in Prospector Square and on free bus line. Nice walk to Old Town and Park City Resort. if you don't want the bus. Very good value for the price. Would stay here again.

The location was great. It is a budget accommodation but so is the price. If you need modern and fancy this is not the place but is simple works for you so will this.
Great find for the price!! :)

Like the previous reviewer said, it is a bit hard to find the "Carriage House", where you can get your keys if you check-in after hours, but once you do, it's all good from there. Our studio was huge. It was all very simple but very acceptable. Especially if you are not planning to stay indoors all day, as was my case. We only got back to the studio to shower and to sleep! The kitchen is well equipped but you will need to drive to town (or to the convenience store at the nearest gas station) to get food and stuff to drink (there are no vending machines in the building). The place is pretty good, we even got our own balcony!
Not bad but hard to find the main office!

It is setup like condos and the main office is no where near the actual hotel you will stay in. At 3:00am it was VERY difficult to find the main office which held our keys. There was no receptionist and had to pick up the phone and auto dialed some number, spoke with a man and gave us a pass code to a safe which held our keys to our room! Difficult to find the room initially but once we found the room it was great. Had an oven, fridge, all the normal things and plenty of hot water. Poor selection of television stations plus no Wifi internet. Location to the snowboard locations was pretty central. Other than the main office location it was like every other hotel that offered good quality and a decent value.
