Hotel nice, Service o.k., could be better

We ordered a smoking room. When checking in we were told there were none. Front Desk staff simply told us they didn't have one available. No apology. We had to settle for a nonsmoking room because we were pressed for time. Hotel staff knocked on our door at 6:30 a.m. after we were were out late. They were looking for someone else, wrong room, woke us up anyway. Nice Hotel, nice room, great workout room. Staff needs improvement.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in

The whole experience was elegant. The staff was more than accomodating. The lobby was comfortable and beautiful. The location was convenient with lots to do in the area. The room was very nice. The price throught Travelocity was more than reasonable. We highly reccomend this hotel. We feel that we would have paid a lot more for the same type of hotel anywhere else. We will tell a lot of people about it and would love to stay there in the future.

Great One Night Stay

This hotel was great. Easy to get to. Convieniant parking and location to local attractions. The staff was very nice and even threw in complimentary breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Our group was strictly adults but seeing as the hotel is so close to downtown attractions, kids could easily be entertained there as well. Seemed like a very safe area. Don't go to the area without seeing a baseball game at West End Field!

European Flair

The hotel offers immediate access to the downtown area which has a great European influence. Cafes, shops, entertainment, scenic walking, it is a great place to stay and see the city.

We were looking for a night away from the kids at a great location. The Hyatt in downtown Greenville was just that. Theres great resturants, bars, and the Falls park right down Main St. The room was great!
