Our room on the top floor was not sound proofed or light proofed. We could see light from the rooms on either side coming through the ceiling as well as hear conversations as if they were right in our room This hotel needs work badly!

Not worth the money

The shower was filled with mildew, the bed linen was filled with hair, the carpet was ripped, the room was very small, there were no microwave or refrigerator in the room or available in the hotel for the guest to use. This was by far the worst hotel i ever stayed in, I was expecting a lot more for the money how ever was very disappointed i brought up the condition of the room to several of there front desk clerk one of the clerk tried to move me to another room however that room had the same previous list of things listed. no supervisor or manager attempted to contact me it was as if i did not exist. I will never recommend neither will i ever stay in a Radisson hotel again.

Went to Providence on business and had to be in downtown area. Stayed at the Radisson because of price. In comparison to the price of other hotels in the area this hotel had it all. Staff was extremely nice, very clean. Beds were great. Hotel had a restaurant and lounge which looked very nice but did not have a chance to test it out. At first thought that construction in area would cause me to get lost but hotel is right there off the exit. Would definitely recommed this hotel to those that don't want to pay the price of other hotels.

Good location, clean rooms and good service.

Yes the is a little construction, but it did not affect me really. The main thing is that the room were clean and well maintained. The lobby was nice with what seemed like a very nice restaurant (didn't eat there). Free coffee downstairs was nice in the morning. Beds were very comfortable (sleep number beds). Overall the stay was well worth it. I would stay again. Other hotels are very nice, but you have to factor in some expenses that you don't see on the surface. Such as some hotels only have valet parking or parking that costs $25-30 a night. At the Radisson it was free and felt secure leaving my car outside at this location. A nice park across the street was a nice addition. Just had to walk a bit through the construction area that was there. There is parking at the park as well if you don't want to walk.

Affordable Option

I arrived later in the evening and the staff was efficient and helpful. The hotel is on the water front and I was given a room with a view of the water. The room was clean and in good condition. Room service attendant was friendly and the food was good. I chose this location slightly out of town because of free parking and a shuttle service to the convention center. All and all I would recommend for a trip to Providence
