This was an excellent hotel based on location. The rooms were older and slightly shabby, but everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was suberb; near all the major sights, dining, bars, etc. There was an Ibis across the street but that was much more expensive. The elevator in this hotel was definitely not like anything I've seen before!

The hotel, like most buildings in the tourist area, is fairly old. It had previously been something other than a hotel as the room shape was odd and the intricate route from the desk to the room would indicate. The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The breakfasts were standard continental, but satisfactory. Our room had a bedroom, a bathroom with tub and what could best be described as a large hallway between the two of them.
